What ClipZ Collects

ClipZ may process connected account identifiers, profile names, creator handles, access tokens, refresh tokens, Twitch clip metadata, clip URLs, video source URLs, posting queue settings, captions, workflow preferences, and publishing status returned by supported platform APIs.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate creator-owned accounts, retrieve Twitch clips, prepare posting queues, verify connected TikTok and Instagram accounts, initialize creator-approved post jobs, publish raw or formatted videos, retry processing jobs, and show workflow status inside ClipZ.

Storage

Some workflow settings may be stored in your browser. API credentials, app secrets, and automation secrets are stored as protected Cloudflare environment secrets. OAuth state and account connection data may be stored in secure HTTP-only cookies or Cloudflare storage where needed to complete authentication and posting workflows.

Sharing

ClipZ sends data only to the providers required to operate the workflow, including Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and Cloudflare. ClipZ does not sell personal data and does not use connected account data for advertising targeting.

Your Choices

You can disconnect platform access through the relevant platform account settings, clear browser storage for this site, disable scheduled workflows, delete queued jobs, or remove saved secrets from the Cloudflare project.

Retention

ClipZ keeps workflow data only as long as needed to operate the configured creator workflow, troubleshoot posting status, comply with platform requirements, or support short-lived automation retry windows. Temporary rendered files, when used, are configured for limited retention.

Security

ClipZ uses platform OAuth, protected Cloudflare environment variables, and HTTPS endpoints to reduce exposure of credentials and workflow data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so connected account access should be reviewed regularly.
