1. Service

ClipZ is a creator workflow tool for connecting creator-owned Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, pulling Twitch clips, preparing posting queues, and publishing creator-approved short-form video content through supported platform APIs.

2. Account Access

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Connected account access is used to authenticate your profile, verify available creator permissions, retrieve clip and media metadata, create posting jobs, and publish content when you request or approve it.

3. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the Twitch clips, captions, titles, overlays, thumbnails, and other content that you queue, create, or publish through ClipZ. You agree not to use ClipZ to post content that violates platform terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable law.

4. Third-Party Platforms

ClipZ depends on services and APIs operated by Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Cloudflare, and related providers. Their outages, platform reviews, permission rules, rate limits, media processing times, and policy decisions may affect whether ClipZ can authenticate accounts, retrieve clips, upload media, or publish posts.

5. Automation

If you enable scheduled posting, ClipZ may queue and submit eligible clips according to the workflow settings you configure. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and disabling automation when you do not want content posted.

6. Availability

ClipZ is provided as-is. Features may change, pause, or be removed as API requirements, platform reviews, security requirements, or service limits change. ClipZ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful publishing on any third-party platform.

7. Security

You are responsible for keeping your platform accounts, API credentials, and Cloudflare account secure. Do not share tokens, client secrets, or administrative access with unauthorized people.
